Frederik Stefani - Immigration Paralegal

Mr. Stefani began his paralegal studies with a concentration in immigration law at the International Institute, in St. Louis, MO. Upon finishing his paralegal studies, Mr. Stefani was employed by non-profit organizations where he continued to work with different immigration attorneys providing them paralegal service. Mr. Stefani is a member of the Catholic Legal Immigration Network (CLINIC) and the National Federation of Paralegal Association since 2003, an accredited Representative from the Board of Immigration Appeals since 2003, and experienced in all appellate processes in the practice of immigration law.

Mr. Stefani has represented clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) on immigration law issues. Mr. Stefani has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Geography from the University of Tirana, Albania and a Certified Paralegal from Fordham University, New York. In addition to his traditional U.S. legal education, Frederik furthered his legal education by receiving certificates and diplomas from the Catholic Immigration Network, Immigration Coalition, NY, and CUNY-Immigration Law.
